How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, you must contact us by email at email@example.com or create a ticket. The order must not have been shipped for it to be processed as 'cancelled' and then you will be refunded the price to your original payment method. If the order was shipped then it will go through the refund process instead. Please check out the article here for more information.
